Terms and Conditions for E-Learning Courses
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of e- learning courses ("Courses") provided by Xpand HR Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing our Courses, our customers ("you" or "your") you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Course, Provision, Access and Duration
1.1. Upon successful enrolment and receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the purchased Course for a period of 30 days. Additional periods or extensions may be granted at the discretion Xpand HR Ltd. Where you have purchased a bundle of Courses (‘Bundle’) you will be granted access to the agreed Courses within the Bundle for a period of 12 months. Where agreed you will also have access to any additional Courses that are produced by us, within that 12 month period (the provision of additional courses does not extend the 12 month period of access).

1.2. Access to the Course is personal to you and may not be shared with others.
1.3. The method of provision of Courses is entirely at the discretion of us, and third-party suppliers such as HRoes Ltd, LearnWorlds, Zanda learning or any other chosen platform, including the Hroes Platform may be utilized for their provision. A change of provider may be implemented without notice.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. The Course fee is payable upon receipt of the invoice.
2.2. All payments must be made in GBP (£) by the due date specified on the invoice.
2.3. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Course.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xpand HR Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course(s) content for personal, non-commercial purposes during the access period.
3.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any Course content without our prior written consent.
4. User Conduct
4.1. You agree to use the Course in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of any selected learning platform or the Course.
5. Data Protection and Security
5.1. Compliance with GDPR:
We are committed to protecting your personal data and will process it in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5.2. Data Collection:
The personal data we collect may include your name, email address, billing information, and any other data necessary to deliver the Course and provide support.

• Providing access to the Course.
• Facilitating payment and invoicing.

7. Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course or any platform if you breach any of these Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Amendments
9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
9.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9.3. Your continued use of the Course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
